Jay Bowl | A Product Launch Campaign Strategy

This is a speculative product launch case I developed as part of an interview process. The brief: design a 4-week campaign to launch a limited-edition influencer collab bowl for Hawaiian in the Netherlands, with a €40,000 budget. I built the full strategy from scratch — influencer fit analysis, audience persona, funnel structure, content & channel plan, budget allocation, and KPIs.
